I asked if the owner, Jimmy, could come to our hometo tell me what type of wood floors we had. Jimmy helped me so much in examining our floors and telling me how to take care and clean them. Then he looked at our kitchen tile. He cleaned about 3” of our grout and I couldn’t believe the grout was red, not the brown - dirt - that was there. I recently had the pleasure of using Tower's Restoration & Cleaning for their carpet cleaning services in my RV and overall, I had a decent experience. The technician arrived promptly and was courteous throughout the interaction. However, I was disappointed to find that they had not brought enough fuel to perform the service, which caused a delay as they had to leave the job site to refuel before returning to complete the job. Furthermore, using my hose for water was a bit inconvenient. Despite these setbacks, I must say that the technician's kindness was definitely a highlight of the experience. They even brought a treat for my pups, which was a thoughtful gesture. Once the service got underway, the technician was thorough and efficient. Overall, I would still give Tower's Restoration & Cleaning a 3-star rating for their service.

Towers was recommended to me and they did not disappoint. Trinidad was our tech. We had some unusual red stains on the carpet in two of the four rooms and Trinidad worked hard to get them out in the first room. Unfortunately, it was impossible to get it out completely but he was able to clean it to where it looked so much better and the house smelled really nice when was through. He was pleasant and easy to talk to. I think his strong point is being a perfectionist which showed in his determination trying to get those stains out. The price was right too!

The technician, Trinidad, was very professional and clearly explained what he was going to do. He was very careful with my wood floors which are between the entry and the room requiring carpet cleaning. The carpet which was cleaned looked great and weeks later, continues to look great. I plan to to have my tile and wood floors cleaned in the near future and will definitely call Towers. I highly recommend this company and I don’t say that lightly.

My rugs were cleaned in November but due to a major project going on in my home, I was not able to unroll my cleaned rugs until today.Let me just say that I was extremely happy with what I saw. A few days later Scott Fox arrived at my house and explained everything that would be taking place. He was very detailed about the process and answered any questions that I had. I love Towers! I used them first a few years ago for the cleaning of all my rugs. We have hardwood floors so we have quite a few large area rugs. They were so professional. They picked up my rugs and returned them in perfect shape. Then, they also put them back down for me. This was no easy feat and required them to move furniture back over the rugs. This summer, with our largest area rug, was no different. Their service is remarkable.

We called Tower Restorations and Cleaning to come out and give us a quote to clean our carpets on our 4000 sq ft home. Stanley Steamer gave us a prior estimate, but after meeting with Jimmy the owner from Tower Restoration, my husband and i decided to go with them. We were on a tight deadline and needed the carpets spotless for a upcoming move out and thankfully they were able to squeeze Us in and Michael the technician was out first thing the following morning. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and detailed. We couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you Jimmy and Michael! Our carpets looked beautiful!

Towers does a really thorough job of taking care of their customers and going the extra mile. They are a QUALITY carpet and floor cleaner, and those are rare these days.
