WOW! My husband and I moved into a brand new house four years ago, and just now had our carpets and tile professionally... cleaned. With a 50 LB dog and baby, it was long overdue. I highly recommend Tower’s Restoration & Cleaning. We bought an older home that had wood floors and tile on the... kitchen. I asked if the owner, Jimmy, could come to our hometo tell me what type of wood floors we had. Jimmy helped me so much in examining our floors and telling me how to take care and clean them. Then he looked at our kitchen tile. He cleaned about 3” of our grout and I couldn’t believe the grout was red, not the brown - dirt - that was there. I asked if he could help clean our floors and if there was any hope for our grout. I also let him clean our hard wood floors. The result was amazing. Beautiful wood floors now and my kitchen tile looks new. I was extremely pleased. Jimmy was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and was there on time. My rugs were cleaned in November but due to a major project going on in my home, I was not able to unroll my cleaned rugs until today.Let me just say that I was extremely happy with what I saw. My rug had not been cleaned in 4 years and I actually did not believe they could look like new again, but they do!! As long as I reside in Dallas, this will be the only company I use to clean my wool area rugs!! Colors are as vibrant as they were when I first put it on my floors. THANK YOU Tower Restoration!!!

We used Towers for our dryer vent cleanout. They scheduled for next day, we’re on time, showed me what they did and were very kind! The technician was knowledgeable and even gave me a wrapped dog bone for the pup! Would definitely use again.

Easy to work with. Didn’t try to sell other services. Explained risks and options with my color sealed tile grout. Techs were friendly and on time. Cleaned carpets and tile/grout very well. They got some mud stains out of an area rug easily. Highly recommend!

I hired Tower's from out-of-state as my family and I were making our move down to Texas. Jimmy, the owner, was great at communicating with me from start to finish and was very nice to work with, even recommending vendors he thought could help with other items he noticed. When we finally arrived at our new home, the floors and carpets looked great. We had the ducts and dryer vent cleaned too. It's great to find a one-stop company for those cleaning needs. I look forward to continuing business with Tower's in the future.

I live in the Grandview area and set up an appointment with Towers Restoration to clear out my air duct system. Jimmy promptly returned my phone message and we scheduled an assessment of the house and we scheduled an appointment. A few days later Scott Fox arrived at my house and explained everything that would be taking place. He was very detailed about the process and answered any questions that I had. Scott was very knowledgeable and very respectful to me and my house. He did a great job with the clean up and the air is much more clean and actually colder. I would highly recommend this professional Company to take care of any needs that you may have, very enjoyable experience. Thanks Jimmy and Scott for your attention to detail and making this a flawless process. Great job!

Scot and Sean did a great job and let us know what and why they were doing it. We just moved into a house and wanted to make sure the carpets were cleaned. One call and they were at our house in under 1 hour. Fantastic service from a local company. What was impressive was they had our address in their system from a previous owner 22 years ago.

Great company. Had the whole house carpets cleaned. Scott was nice and professional and knew what he was doing. Walked through the house and pointed out some spots with a black light. He went to work and now the carpets are like new. I have a dog and old and new spots were taken care of. Would highly recommend.

I called last week and the owner came about an hour later for a detailed estimate. He was professional and courteous! The guys came to clean today and were super friendly! I had a great experience with Towers Restoration. I compared pricing between a few other companies & theirs was the best. I called the week before Christmas in a frantic to get the carpets cleaned before the holiday & even though they were super busy, Mr. Threadgill said he would come out & clean them himself. I love Towers! I used them first a few years ago for the cleaning of all my rugs. We have hardwood floors so we have quite a few large area rugs. They were so professional. They picked up my rugs and returned them in perfect shape. Then, they also put them back down for me. This was no easy feat and required them to move furniture back over the rugs. This summer, with our largest area rug, was no different. Their service is remarkable.

We called Tower Restorations and Cleaning to come out and give us a quote to clean our carpets on our 4000 sq ft home. Stanley Steamer gave us a prior estimate, but after meeting with Jimmy the owner from Tower Restoration, my husband and i decided to go with them. We were on a tight deadline and needed the carpets spotless for a upcoming move out and thankfully they were able to squeeze Us in and Michael the technician was out first thing the following morning. Both were extremely professional, friendly, and detailed. We couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you Jimmy and Michael! Our carpets looked beautiful!
